ブランド品が無名ブランドより効果なのには理由がある。 プライベートブランドがオリジナルより安く売るためには 何か原料を省くか、安い代替品を使うか その他の工程でコスト削減の工夫をするしかない。 当然、オリジナルブランドだって 品質や味を落とさない範囲で最大限の工夫はしてる。 オリジナルから省かれた部分や製造工程の違い、 コストの為に妥協された味や食感の違いが気にならないなら プライベートブランドでもいいんじゃないかな。 |
